Veterans Day Tribute by Missy P.

 My fathers name is Danny and he served in Iraq from March 2003 through April 2004 with the 1092^nd Engineer Battalion out of Parkersburg, WV.  Although this was a very sad time for our family, we are also so proud of him and I am very honored to be able to call him “my dad!”  The sacrifice that veterans, as well as their families, make are numberless and they all hold a very special place in my heart.  I thank you today and every day for the remarkable service and sacrifice that each have given to our amazing country!  Happy veterans Day!
